Equipment Feature
1. The equipment consists of a feeding rack, a mold library, a material transport platform, a hydraulic system, and a Siemens servo system.
2.This machine is a six-axis CNC device with Siemens system controlling feeding, discharging and mold movement respectively. Through the perfect coordination of each axis, it can realize automatic punching, shearing, corner cutting, embossing and other processes for copper and aluminum busbars.
3. The overall frame is processed in one piece, and the main and auxiliary clamps adopt an integrated structure with double servo motion, which can increase the stability of the material during punching and shearing, and improve processing accuracy and efficiency.
4. The mold base is made of high-strength ductile iron, which improves wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. The mold base can be selected from CJ-MX703 or CJ-MX-902.
5. The machine adopts imported hydraulic system, dual-speed dual-pressure rapid oil supply, maximum output of 600KN, and maximum striking frequency of 180 times/min.
6.The shearing station adopts punching and shearing method, and the cross section is vertical without collapsed angles and burrs.
7. The punching die adopts a separate punch body and punch head, which makes material removal easy, low cost and easy to replace.
8. You can directly perform CAD 2D drawing or Solidworks 3D drawing on the device computer to generate the processing program, which can be directly processed in cycles after storage; you can also import the drawings into the device to generate the processing program, and the system will automatically layout it, which is more efficient and economical.
